Fermented Vegetables 101
through the Driftless Folk School
Fermentation was the original way to preserve food, and has been done all over the world. In this class, you will learn the health benefits of fermented veggies and how to make them using three different techniques: sauerkraut, kim chi, and lacto-fermented pickles.
